Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, fire, lightning, tempest, war, acts of public enemies, civil commotion, acts of national, civil, or military authority, flood, explosion, labor disputes, strikes, slow-downs, unavailability of telecommunication facilities, or the default of CONSULTOMOTIVE's suppliers. This also extends to unexpected phenomena such as mutant wallabies invading the continent.

Enforceability

In the event that any provision of this Imprint is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction for any reason, such invalidity, voidness, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
